About Republica
Republica built their reputation on a sound they called "technopop punk rock", a bristling mix of electronic textures and guitar noise that set them apart from most of the Britpop pack in the mid to late 1990s. Their debut album reached No. 4 in the UK, driven by the relentless "Ready to Go" and the No.
