Ishaan Ghosh carries serious musical lineage: grandson of the legendary tabla player Padmabhushan Pandit Nikhil Ghosh and grand nephew of flautist Pandit Pannalal Ghosh, he has grown into a formidable tabla player in his own right within the Farrukhabad Gharana.
