Anouk is performing two concerts at the Ziggo Dome on June 4 and 6, together with the Metropole Orkest, featuring new music and reimagined classics.

The Hague singer Anouk is heading back to the Ziggo Dome in June, and she won't be going it alone. On Friday 4 June and Sunday 6 June she'll take the stage twice at the Netherlands' biggest concert hall, this time joined by the Metropole Orkest. The collaboration promises to make for a very special evening, with well known songs from various stages of her career presented in a full orchestral setting.
Alongside reworked tracks from her extensive back catalogue, Anouk will also be performing new material. The songs come from an album due out next year, which makes these concerts something of a premiere for her fans. As for what people can expect exactly, the singer has already been teasing things on Instagram in a cryptic but enticing way: "If you appreciate great music, I'd say just let yourself be surprised."
Seeing Anouk paired with the Metropole Orkest is a rare opportunity for fans of her work. The Metropole Orkest is known for its broad repertoire and its ability to frame pop artists in a grand, orchestral way. For fans in the Netherlands who want to experience her in a different light compared to her usual live shows, these two evenings in June are not to be missed.
