Denmark's Copenhell metal festival has revealed the first lineup for 2027, featuring Faith No More, Judas Priest and Pierce the Veil, just a week after Graspop.

Danish metal festival Copenhell has announced the first artists for its 2027 edition. Faith No More sits at the top of the announcement as headliner. Judas Priest and Pierce the Veil are confirmed too, which, according to Festileaks, makes for a strong first drop.
Copenhell takes place from June 23 to 26, 2027 at Refshaleøen, an island in Copenhagen that serves as the festival grounds every year. The event is a bit smaller than Graspop Metal Meeting, but it has a loyal crowd. Every year, thousands of metal fans cross the border to be there, including from the Netherlands and Belgium.
For anyone heading to Graspop in Dessel, the timing is interesting. Copenhell kicks off a weekend after the Belgian festival, so fans with enough time off and budget can combine both events. It remains to be seen which acts will play both Dessel and Copenhagen, as the line up is still far from complete.
Tickets for Copenhell 2027 go on sale on Friday, October 9 at 10:00 AM via Ticketmaster. Prices have not been announced yet. For those who want to start planning the trip, flights to Copenhagen can reportedly be booked from 126 euros via KLM.
Denmark's Roskilde Festival also starts on June 26 in 2027. That means visitors with enough stamina can catch two multi day festivals back to back, although Roskilde is musically much broader than the metal focused Copenhell.
