Drake caused a livestream on Kick last Saturday that quickly went viral. The roughly three hour broadcast was meant to celebrate the ninth anniversary of Stake, the online crypto casino the Canadian rapper has been partnering with for years. The company promoted the stream with over a million dollars in prizes and giveaways, including a grand prize of fifty thousand dollars for one lucky viewer.

The centerpiece of the evening was a dating show in a 20 vs 1 format, put together by NELK co founder Kyle Forgeard in the style of Saturday Night Live. Women took turns getting a chance to talk to Drake, after which he had to pick one as his virtual wife, one as his best friend, and one as his romantic choice. Among the participants were influencer Jordyn Lucas, adult content creator Lily Phillips, porn star Lena the Plug, and cosplay influencer Pinkchyu, whose real name is Lin Lamar.

The most talked about moment of the night came when Pinkchyu, a popular goth streamer, asked Drake if he was into roleplay and whether he would bark for her. Drake did it without hesitation, which triggered a wave of reactions on social media. People online were quick to connect the clip to Kendrick Lamar's song Not Like Us, deliberately leaning into the existing rap feud between the two artists. The clip also called back to Drake's appearance in September 2025 on Bobbi Althoff's podcast Not This Again, where he had said it was his destiny to eventually end up with a goth baddie.

Drake ultimately chose Pinkchyu as his virtual wife, explaining that she was intriguing, came from Texas, and had fangs. As the winner, Pinkchyu was granted one wish, with Drake promising to buy her anything in the world she asked for. She asked him to buy her mother a house.
