About
De Kring is a members' club in Amsterdam for artists, scientists and art enthusiasts, with around 1900 members from the city's cultural and civic circles. The venue functions as a social hub featuring a bar, restaurant and Club Up lounge space, hosting jazz evenings with established and emerging Dutch musicians, cultural pitch events, philosophy nights, exhibitions and film screenings. Friday evenings feature live performances, DJs and dancing, while the space also serves as a daytime workspace for entrepreneurial and creative members.
