About
From Zwolle in the Netherlands, 2Destroy is a metal band built around a philosophy of tearing down the old to make room for something stronger. That idea shapes both their attitude and their sound, which evolves with each chapter they write. Their debut album, The Weight of Desolation, marks a significant shift in direction, bringing more dynamic songwriting, deeper lyrics, spoken word passages, and black metal influences into the mix. It is a more layered record than anything they had done before, suggesting a band that is genuinely pushing itself rather than playing it safe.
