About
4am Kru are a London group rooted in jungle, ragga jungle, drum and bass, UK garage and breakbeat. At the heart of the act are Howie and Stu, who spent years developing and refining their sound before the project properly took shape. Their music leans heavily into the energy and atmosphere of the early 1990s rave and jungle scene, and it really comes into its own when performed live. On a packed dance floor, their shows are physical and fully committed affairs, the kind that feel instinctive rather than rehearsed.
