About
Born out of a birthday party request in 2010, abba4U tribute is a Belgian and Flemish act built around faithfully recreating the songs of ABBA. Vocalists Patsy Verfaillie and Karen Van Severen had already been singing together in other groups before pulling in a band of musicians to bring the full ABBA sound to life. What started with performances at party halls and local festivals has grown into a versatile live act with several distinct formats on offer. These days abba4U tribute covers a lot of ground. Their intimate acoustic show, ABBA'coustic, strips things back for smaller audiences, while the theatrical production "Thank you for the music" wraps the songs in a narrated story about ABBA's history. They also do dinnershows, and in 2024 they even shared a stage with the Royal Symphonic Band of the Belgian Airforce. In 2025 the band officially updated their name to abba4U tribute.
