Bassjackers, the Dutch DJ and production duo of Marlon Flohr and Ralph van Hilst, have built their reputation on hard hitting electro house tracks that consistently land in Beatport's upper reaches. The split works in their favour: Marlon owns the stage while Ralph handles the studio heavy lifting behind the scenes. Their 2013 collaboration with Martin Garrix, "Crackin", became their signature moment, with Garrix's remix climbing to second on the Beatport charts and the official video racking up over 15 million views on Spinnin' TV. Since then the pair have racked up an impressive list of collaborators, working with R3hab, KSHMR, Afrojack, Dyro, and Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, among others. "Wave Your Hands" with Thomas Newson gave them their first Beatport number one, and they released their album The Biggest on Spinnin' Records in 2019. By 2022 they had climbed to number 27 on DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs list, a solid marker of just how far they have pushed into the upper tier of the global EDM scene.
