About
Bildtstar play raw, old school heavy rock: fast, trashy and completely unpolished. The band hails from Friesland and made a strong impression early on with a well received release show in Leeuwarden and a debut EP called Burning After Midnight. Their rock ballad Au Revoir earned them a piece of history when it reached number one in the Fryske Top 100, making them the first newcomer ever to achieve that. Live, they bring heavy riffs, rock and roll energy and a no frills intensity that matches the music.
