About
Bombus have been flying the flag for Gothenburg heavy metal since 2008, building a sound that sits somewhere between muscular riffing and sharp melodic instincts. They put out their self titled debut in 2010, then levelled up by signing to Century Media and releasing The Poet and the Parrot in 2013. That move signalled they were serious contenders rather than a regional curiosity. Albums like Repeat Until Death and Vulture Culture kept the momentum going, and in 2024 they dropped Your Blood, their fifth studio record. The band has gone through a few lineup shifts over the years but vocalist and guitarist Feffe Berglund has been a constant presence from the start. With five albums behind them and a track record of steady output, Bombus remain one of Sweden's most persistent forces in heavy metal.
