Damiën van Elburg has put together a full band project dedicated to the life and music of Johnny Cash, tracing a path through Cash's career from the rolling train rhythms of "Folsom Prison Blues" to the raw emotion of his late cover "Hurt". The show moves through the story of Cash's catalogue rather than cherry picking hits, giving the whole arc of the man's work room to breathe. Van Elburg leads the project under the name Come Along And Ride This Train, framing it as an experience rather than a straightforward covers set.
