About
Portland metalcore outfit Dying Wish built their reputation on a sound that sits at the intersection of melodic metalcore and deathcore, fronted by the ferocious vocals of Emma Boster. The band got serious attention early on with 'Enemies in Red', a 2019 track featuring Knocked Loose's Bryan Garris, and signed with SharpTone Records in 2020. Their debut full length, Fragments of a Bitter Memory, dropped in 2021 and cemented them as a force in heavy music. Their 2023 album Symptoms of Survival pushed the band into headline territory, with their first US headlining run following its release. They kept the momentum going with a co headline US tour in 2024 alongside Pain of Truth, and an opener slot on Spiritbox's Tsunami Sea tour in 2025. Most recently, Dying Wish announced their third studio album, Flesh Stays Together, set for release in September 2025.
