About
Enemy Inside land somewhere between dark rock and modern metal, built around the pairing of vocalist Nastassja Giulia and guitarist Evan K, who also plays in Mystic Prophecy and Exit Eden. Their sound runs on hard guitar riffs, melodic solos, and Giulia's vocal hooks, a combination they developed through broad musical experimentation after forming in Aschaffenburg in 2017. Their debut album Phoenix came out in 2018 and cracked the German iTunes Metal chart within days, also reaching the top 100 in the US. Georg Neuhauser of Serenity guests on the track Doorway to Salvation, adding a symphonic edge to that record. The second album Seven arrived in 2021 and landed at number 93 in the German download charts. More recently, the band released their third album Venom in February 2025 through Reigning Phoenix Music, with Hanno Kerstan officially confirmed as their permanent drummer around the same time. Singles like Dirt On My Name and the title track Venom signal that the band is pushing forward with the same hard hitting, melody driven approach.
