About
Signed to Reach Records in 2019, Hulvey quickly established himself as one of the more distinctive voices in Christian hip hop, blending rap with R&B and worship sensibilities in a way that feels genuinely personal rather than formulaic. His 2021 debut album Christopher cracked the Billboard Top Christian/Gospel Albums chart at number 8 within its first week, and his collaborations with artists like Lecrae, Crowder, and Forrest Frank of Surfaces have kept him in the conversation well beyond his own releases. His 2023 collab with Forrest Frank, "No Longer Bound", hit number 2 on Spotify's U.S. Viral 50, which is no small thing for a Christian rap act. He followed that momentum with a Ciara featuring remix of "Altar" and his second studio album CRY in 2024. More recently, a collab with Connor Price called AUTOMATIC dropped in early 2026, the same year he announced his third album Could Be Tonight, which he has said will be his last with Reach Records.
