About
Swiss musician and DJ Jimi Jules has been putting out records since 2012, working across melodic techno and leftfield electronic music with a style that balances dancefloor momentum and something more introspective. His biggest moment in the mainstream came when his 2014 collaboration with Oliver Dollar, "Pushing On", climbed to number 15 on the UK Singles Chart, a rare crossover achievement for an artist rooted in underground club culture. Beyond that chart hit, he has kept a steady flow of releases going, from early EPs like Earl and Awakenings through to more recent projects including Ham the Monkey and My City's On Fire. His 2022 output included the single Burning as well as a project simply titled +, showing he continues to push his sound in new directions.
