About
John Corabi spent decades building a reputation as one of hard rock's most versatile voices before most people knew his name. The American singer and guitarist first made his mark in Los Angeles during the late 1980s metal scene, fronting bands like Angora and The Scream. His profile shot up when he stepped in for Vince Neil as frontman of Mötley Crüe in 1992, leading to the 1994 self titled album that many fans consider among the strongest in the band's catalogue. From there, Corabi kept busy across a string of notable projects: Union alongside former Kiss guitarist Bruce Kulick, ESP with Kiss drummer Eric Singer, Ratt, Brides of Destruction, and Angel City Outlaws. In 2015 he joined supergroup The Dead Daisies, contributing lead vocals to albums including Revolución, Make Some Noise, Burn It Down, and Light 'Em Up, with touring across Europe, Australia, and North America. He also recorded a solo album called New Day in Nashville, produced by Marti Frederiksen, known for his work with Aerosmith and Ozzy Osbourne.
