Josh Baldwin is a worship leader and singer songwriter from Albemarle, North Carolina, best known as part of the Bethel Music collective based out of Bethel Church in Redding, California. He spent nearly a decade at MorningStar Fellowship Church before signing with Bethel Music in 2014, a move that kicked his profile up several notches. His first solo album with the label, The War Is Over (2017), debuted at number two on the US Christian Albums chart and landed in the top three in the UK as well. The song that really put him on the map for wider Christian music audiences was "Stand in Your Love," released in 2018 as a lead single for Bethel Music's Victory album. It peaked at number seven on the US Christian Songs chart, his first entry there, and picked up nominations at the K Love Fan Awards for both Breakout Single of the Year and Worship Song of the Year. His earlier album Rivers (2014) had already shown some commercial traction with a placement on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart.
