Also known as: Klangkünstler, Michael Korb
Berlin based DJ and producer Michael Korb, who records as Klangkuenstler, has carved out a solid spot in the city's techno scene after starting out in deep and tech house. His first album Das bin ich dropped in 2013, and by 2018 he had shifted his sound firmly into harder techno territory. He runs two labels, Zuckerton Records and Outworld, both rooted in electronic dance music, and in 2023 he announced a new venture with fellow German DJ Kobosil called Tote Sonne, which combines a record label, an artist agency, and fashion lines for both artists. Recent sets filmed at Berlin secret raves and venues in Leipzig show him leaning into hardgroove and live performance formats.
