The drummer and frontman of Australian rock act Spiderbait, Kram (born Mark Maher, the name is just Mark spelled backwards) has built a reputation as one of Australia's most versatile performers. His solo debut Mix Tape landed in 2009 and showed he had plenty to say outside the band context, blending rock with enough pop sensibility to get his tracks placed in films and TV shows. Songs like "Satellite", "Good Love" and "Burnin Sands" turned up in everything from the movie Easy A to the TV series Suits, giving Kram a surprisingly wide reach beyond the Australian rock scene. He has also shown up in some memorable live moments, including a performance at WaveAid in 2005 as part of supergroup the Wrights, covering Stevie Wright's three part classic "Evie". On the TV side, he has made guest appearances on Talkin' 'Bout Your Generation, Good News Week and Spicks & Specks, which tracks for someone equally comfortable behind a drum kit or in front of a camera.
