About
Moss has been a fixture in the Dutch indie scene since forming in 2003, building a reputation on strong songwriting and a sound that moves freely between indie rock and psychedelia. Over two decades the band has kept reinventing itself, and each record has felt like a fresh start without losing what made them worth following in the first place. Their album Lost in Motion centres on a single restless question, posed in the title track: "Can we still grow, when we grow old?" That thread runs through the whole record as the band explores themes of alienation, doubt, broken connections and the search for something solid to hold onto. The track Fujisonic captures a longing to turn back: "Going back and forth waiting for a comeback." The lead single from the album is Why Oh Why.
