About
Noor is a Dutch pop singer whose songs sit in that sweet spot between the deeply personal and the universally relatable. She writes in both Dutch and English, releasing her English language work under the name Norah Hendriks. Her voice moves easily between theatrical and delicate within a single song, and her lyrics have a way of turning private feelings into something listeners immediately recognise as their own. She first caught wider attention in early 2021 with De Wereld Sterft, then reached a much bigger audience when Ik Zwaai Het Uit, a protest song about the Dutch housing market, went viral on TikTok. Her catalogue also includes the tracks Platonisch and HOE?, and she has released a second EP titled Naakt.
