Oliver Huntemann has been a fixture in the European techno circuit for decades, carving out a sound that sits at the harder, darker end of minimal techno and tech house. The Hannover native runs his own label, Senso Sounds, and has kept a prolific release schedule since his first records in the mid 1990s on Confused Recordings. His album catalogue spans from early releases like Fieber and Too Many Presents For One Girl through to Paranoia in 2011 and Propaganda in 2017, the latter landing alongside singles Rotlicht and Poltergeist. As a DJ he tours internationally and has built a reputation for long, relentless sets, the kind that suits an afterparty crowd rather than a festival mainstage. Rotlicht even got the official video treatment in 2017, showing he puts care into the presentation of his work alongside the music itself.
