Post Malone built his reputation on blurring genre lines, rapping and singing his way through hip hop, trap, pop and even country in a style that he himself insists isn't rap music at all. His breakthrough came with "White Iverson" in 2015, a slow melodic track that caught fire online and landed him a deal with Republic Records. From there he stacked hits fast: "Congratulations" with Quavo peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100, then "Rockstar" with 21 Savage went all the way to number one. His second album Beerbongs and Bentleys in 2018 kept the momentum going, with "Psycho" featuring Ty Dolla Sign reaching number one on the Hot 100 too. His third album Hollywood's Bleeding followed in September 2019, arriving as a hit straight out of the gate.
