About
Saint Motel have spent years proving that indie rock and visual ambition belong together. The Los Angeles four piece built their reputation on the idea that every song deserves a matching piece of cinema, from their 2009 debut EP where each of the six tracks came with its own video, to Saintmotelevision in 2016, when they became the first band to pair a full album with a virtual reality experience for every single track. Their song "Move" landed in FIFA 17, and "My Type" went platinum in Italy after climbing the Top 30 charts across Europe. The band signed to Elektra Records in late 2014 and performed on the main stage at Coachella in 2015. Their third album, The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, rolled out in two EP installments before arriving in full in 2021, with the single "A Good Song Never Dies" even making it onto the MLB The Show 20 video game soundtrack. Their fourth album, Saint Motel and the Symphony in the Sky, came out in February 2025, and the band performed from it on Jimmy Kimmel Live! shortly after.
