About
A Noord Holland collective with a sound that calls to mind sun, sand and the sea, Starfish blend reggae, pop and surf rock into something genuinely hard to stand still to. Their energetic live shows have taken them across festivals and stages throughout the Netherlands and beyond, where they've shared bills with acts like Will and the People, Sticky Fingers and Gold Kimono. The current lineup has been together for well over a decade. Their 2014 single 'No Rasta' crossed one million streams, and their debut album Sunrise expanded that world with sunny tracks including 'Sunburn', 'Voodoo' and 'Poolparty'. The whole thing is built around catchy songs and upbeat melodies that tend to end with a full dance floor.
