About
WAZO BEAN describe their sound as Primal RnB, though their own promotional language stretches that into stranger territory: feline hyper pop, ultrasonic moth music, glow worm haikus. The Amsterdam based band are working toward a second album, which tells you there is already at least one body of recorded work behind them. They have also put out an EP, celebrated with a dedicated release concert. Their approach to making music is unusually open: during a three day residency they invited the public to walk in and watch the creative process unfold in real time.
