About
Also known as: 엑스디너리 히어로즈
Xdinary Heroes are a South Korean rock band that came out of JYP Entertainment's sub label Studio J, which already makes them an unusual sight in a k pop world built on dance groups. Every member writes, composes and produces, and the lineup is a proper band setup: vocals, guitars, bass, keys and synths. Two of them, Jungsu and O.de, originally trained to be k pop idols before being told they'd be in a band instead. They debuted in December 2021 with the single "Happy Death Day" and have kept a steady run of EPs since, from Hello, World! and Overload through Deadlock, Livelock and Beautiful Mind, plus the full length Troubleshooting in 2024. They've toured the world twice, played Lollapalooza in 2025, and opened for Muse at Incheon Munhak Stadium. Their latest mini album is Dead And, with the single "Voyager".
