Heyhoef Backstage in Tilburg's Reeshof district hosts monthly rock, blues and soul concerts since May 2014. The venue operates under the Backstage Bridges foundation, which also runs seated Americana and singer songwriter events, open mic sessions, and youth talent development programs. Performances take place in rooms within the Heyhoef neighbourhood centre, with a maximum capacity of 500.
About King of the world
King of the World has been a fixture in the Dutch roots and blues scene for well over a decade. Founded in the Netherlands in 2012, the band quickly earned a reputation as something of a supergroup, drawing on members with backgrounds playing alongside acts like Cuby & the Blizzards, Snowy White and Matt Schofield.
