DRU Cultuurfabriek in Ulft is a cultural center housed in the restored Portierscomplex of the former DRU iron foundry, which operated from 1754 and is now a protected industrial site. The venue contains a theater hall, a pop music stage, a grand café, and meeting spaces that retain elements of its industrial past. It serves as a hub for cultural and creative activities, local associations, and community organizations including a music school, gallery, library, and cultural centers.
About Roosbeef
Roosbeef is a Dutch indie pop band from Duiven, built around singer songwriter and keyboardist Roos Rebergen. Their sound is melodic pop with a raw edge, and since their debut album the lyrics have been entirely in Dutch, which suits them well.
