De Waalse Kerk is a 16th century church located in central Amsterdam that functions as a concert venue. The space features distinctive acoustics and historic architectural elements including an organ and stained glass windows, creating an intimate setting for performances. The church hosts singer songwriters, pop acts and emerging artists, and collaborates with cultural organizations to present both Dutch and international performers. French language services continue to be held at the venue as part of its dual cultural role.
About Otilka Quartet
Otilka Quartet describes itself as an ensemble of curious musicians, and that curiosity shapes everything they do. Founded in 2020, the string quartet has moved quickly through the concert circuit, building a reputation for programmes that mix standard repertoire with works by lesser known composers.
