About The Captain

The Captain is a four piece band that plays roots rock with a rough, restless edge. The songs lean on catchy hooks and lyrics that can turn a little mysterious, and the live shows are known for pulling people in. Most of it is sung in English, but frontman Henk Waninge occasionally switches to German.
