Poppodium Mezz in Breda is a live music venue with a main concert hall accommodating 600 people and a smaller room for intimate performances, many free to attend. The distinctive copper building hosts rock, hiphop, blues, pop, techno and house music. Designed specifically as a pop venue, it features wide rather than deep proportions that place audiences close to the stage, supported by professional lighting and sound systems. The venue operates with a combination of professional staff and volunteers.
About Vive La Fete
Vive La Fete started in Ghent in 1997, when Els Pynoo and Danny Mommens began making music together, first as home recordings. What came out was a blend of electronics, new wave, guitars and French vocals, and it found listeners well beyond Belgium.
