Fontaines D.C. have announced five additional European dates for the summer of 2027, with shows in Italy and Germany, but no Netherlands dates so far.

Fontaines D.C. are significantly expanding their summer 2027 schedule. The Irish band have announced five new shows in Italy and Germany, adding to an already impressive European tour. Large scale concerts in the UK and Ireland had previously been confirmed, including two nights at Slane Castle and a pair of shows at Heaton Park in Manchester.
The new European dates kick off on 18 June 2027 with a headline set at Rock In Roma festival in Rome. The following day, on 19 June, Grian Chatten and his bandmates take the stage at I Days in Milan. The band then heads to Germany, where they play the Sparda Bank Arena in Hamburg on 11 August, followed by the Olympiahalle in Munich on 17 August and the Parkbühne Wuhlheide in Berlin on 18 August.
The summer 2027 tour follows a European arena tour the band will undertake in autumn 2026 in support of their fifth studio album 'Dopamine Chamber', which comes out on 16 October via XL Recordings. The atmospheric lead single 'Marianne' has already been released from the record. At recent shows the band has also been playing the as yet unreleased track 'Six Shot Morning', and 'Happy For You' made its live debut during their headline set at Leeds Festival 2026. Their performance at Reading Festival 2026 received a glowing four and a half star review from NME, with the magazine describing the show as "a deserved coronation from the band of our time".
'Dopamine Chamber' is produced by James Ford and follows the critically acclaimed Mercury Prize nominated album 'Romance' from 2024. The band have also contributed to the Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man soundtrack and to the charity album 'Help(2)' in aid of War Child.
For the Slane Castle concerts, Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams has been confirmed as a special guest, while Little Simz and Viagra Boys have been announced as support for the UK dates. One notable gap in the European schedule is a Friday evening slot on 25 June, which lines up exactly with the Friday evening slot at Glastonbury 2027, fuelling plenty of speculation. Dutch fans have no date to look forward to yet, an omission that has already been noted in the Dutch music press. Tickets for the new shows go on general sale on Friday 12 September at 11:00 CEST, with a fan presale for registered fans on Thursday 11 September.
