About
Dawn Brothers are a Rotterdam based americana band with a clear love for the roots and rock sounds that shaped American music. Their ambition goes well beyond playing their own material: the group took on the challenge of recreating The Last Waltz, the legendary farewell concert that The Band performed in 1976 and that Martin Scorsese later immortalised on film. Pulling that off live is no small feat, and Dawn Brothers brought in a cast of collaborators to do it justice, including soul singer Michelle David, singer and guitarist Tim Knol, Cato van Dijck of My Baby, blues player Ian Siegal, and guitarist Pablo van de Poel of DeWolff.
