Deloraine are a folk outfit from Brno in the Czech Republic whose live shows are something closer to a ceremony than a standard gig. Traditional dances, mysterious rituals and a relentless physical energy all play a part, making their performances feel genuinely immersive. Musically, the band weaves together powerful vocals with a broad palette of ethnic and exotic instruments, drawing inspiration from Celtic mythology, Norse sagas and ancient Slavic legend. The result is a pagan folk sound that sits somewhere between the campfire and the fantasy epic, rooted in real folklore traditions but with a theatrical flair that sets them apart.
