About
Hippe Gasten make rock music aimed squarely at kids, but not the watered down, finger wagging kind. Think screaming guitars, driving drums, and lyrics that deal with things children actually care about. The Dutch group positions itself as a first real concert experience, something parents and kids can genuinely share. Their album 'Komkommermaarbij' sits at the centre of their set, alongside singles like 'Baas van de BBQ', 'Duckface', and 'Opa'. Live shows are known for musical stunts and crowd participation, including crowdsurfing inspired by their track 'Koning van de dansvloer'.
