About
Also known as: MFT, My 1st Time
My First Time are a four piece from Bristol whose sound pulls together danceable post punk, trashy pop and sharp social satire. Their songwriting leans heavily on character driven storytelling and commentary on everyday life, drawing comparisons to The Streets and Blur while sitting comfortably alongside contemporary pop. The band have picked up support from BBC Radio 1, NME and Kerrang!, and released a debut EP that got them noticed well beyond their home city.
