Credited as founders of the Canadian Celtic punk movement, The Real McKenzies have been blending original songs with traditional Scottish music and poetry since forming in Vancouver in 1992. Frontman Paul McKenzie is the sole member to have stayed through every lineup — reportedly more than 100 musicians have passed through the band. Over the years they've shared stages with Rancid, Metallica, Flogging Molly, NOFX, and Shane MacGowan, among others.
