A$AP Rocky built his name on a sound that blended cloud rap's hazy atmospherics with the harder edges of New York hip hop, and his 2011 mixtape Live. Love. A$AP announced him as something genuinely different. His single "Peso" leaked online and hit radio within weeks, pulling cloud rap into the mainstream conversation almost overnight. Two studio albums followed, Long. Live. A$AP in 2013 and At. Long. Last. A$AP in 2015, both debuting at number one on the Billboard 200. The collaborative single "Fuckin' Problems" with Drake, 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar cracked the Billboard Hot 100 and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Song. Rocky has always treated fashion and visual art as extensions of his music rather than side projects. He founded the creative agency AWGE, co launched the cult label VLONE, and has fronted campaigns for Gucci, Calvin Klein, Dior Homme and others. He also co directs most of his own music videos, often working under the alias Lord Flacko. His fourth studio album Don't Be Dumb landed in 2026 and debuted at the top of the Billboard 200, showing his commercial pull is as strong as ever.
