Who we are
Tourspider is a music-event discovery platform operated by HighPost. We help you find live music in the Netherlands and connect you to official ticket sellers.
What Tourspider does
We aggregate and enrich publicly available event information and link you to third-party ticketing partners. We are not the ticket seller and are not party to your purchase. Any ticket purchase is a contract between you and the seller, subject to their terms.
Using the site
You may use Tourspider for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break any law.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Content and accuracy
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but event data comes from third parties and can change or contain errors. We don't guarantee that prices, dates, availability or other details are complete or current, and we're not liable for decisions you make based on them.
Third-party links
Tourspider links to external sites, including ticket sellers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms or availability.
Intellectual property
The Tourspider name, design and original content belong to us or our licensors. Artist names, images and event data belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and discovery.
Liability
Tourspider is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any third-party purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.
