Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the things people ask us most. Can't find what you need? Get in touch via our contact page.

Is Tourspider free to use?

Yes. Browsing concerts, festivals, artists and venues is completely free, and you don't need an account to look around. You only pay when you buy a ticket through one of our official partners.

Does Tourspider sell tickets?

No. We help you discover shows and then hand you off to official ticketing partners to complete your purchase. Your payment is always handled by the ticket seller, never by us.

Why do I sometimes see one event with several ticket options?

When the same show is listed multiple times — different seating tiers, packages or sellers — we fold them into a single event. That way you can compare every option in one place instead of scrolling past duplicates.

How up to date are the listings?

Our listings refresh automatically from official sources throughout the day, so on-sale dates, prices and availability stay current.

Do I need an account?

Not to browse. Create a free account if you want to follow artists and venues, save shows you're going to, and get notified when new concerts are announced.

An event has wrong or missing information. What do I do?

Let us know via our contact page and we'll fix it. Most data is sourced automatically, so the occasional gap slips through — your reports help us keep things accurate.

Which countries does Tourspider cover?

Right now we focus on live music in the Netherlands. More regions may follow.
