About
Thousand Below hit hard right out of the gate with their 2017 debut The Love You Let Too Close, a post hardcore record rooted in vocalist James Deberg's grief over losing his best friend. Signed to Rise Records, the San Diego four piece built their reputation through relentless touring alongside heavyweights like Dance Gavin Dance, The Devil Wears Prada, and Of Mice & Men. Their 2019 follow up Gone in Your Wake peaked at number 32 on the Billboard Independent Albums Chart and featured guest spots from Marcus Bridge of Northlane and members of Being as an Ocean. When the pandemic shut everything down, the band pivoted to record the acoustic EP Let Go of Your Love rather than go quiet. After signing with Pale Chord, they dropped their third full length Hell Finds You Everywhere in late 2022, with the title track featuring Bad Omens vocalist Noah Sebastian. They kept up serious road time through 2023, playing major festivals like Louder Than Life and Aftershock alongside tours with Nothing More and Senses Fail.
