About Jaco Benckhuijsen
Jaco Benckhuijsen is a musician, sea kayaker and writer whose work blurs the line between concert and expedition. His project IJS pairs live music with footage he shot himself, from a kayak, drifting among motionless icebergs in the fjords of Greenland, sometimes through patches of mist, under the midnight sun.
