The IJsselhuis is a former boatmen's waiting room at the Mallegate lock in Gouda that now serves food, drinks and hosts live music. Regular concerts and jam sessions take place several evenings per week alongside a kitchen focused on Dutch ingredients, including wild game and seasonal vegetables. The venue overlooks the Gouda Museum Harbor and features a selection of Dutch beers and rotating wines.
