Patronaat is one of the 10 largest alternative pop music venues in the Netherlands, established in 1984 and located near the historic city centre of Haarlem. The current building, opened in 2005, features two halls including a basement stage with standing room for 350 and a main hall for 1,000, designed with a distinctive labyrinthine character. It hosts a wide range of concerts spanning indie, rock, metal, jazz, and electronic music.
