Century's Crime is a German Dutch tribute band dedicated to the music of Supertramp, the British pop and progressive rock group whose run of classic albums in the 1970s made them one of the defining acts of that era. The band takes on the full Supertramp catalogue, performing songs like Dreamer, School, The Logical Song, Goodbye Stranger, Take the Long Way Home, Crime of the Century and Breakfast in America with a focus on faithfully recreating that instantly recognisable sound. All the members are self described die hard Supertramp fans, and that genuine enthusiasm comes through in their live shows. Rather than a loose approximation, Century's Crime goes for real closeness to the source, delivering the warmth, the harmonies and the keyboard textures that made Supertramp so beloved in the first place.
