Crown Magnetar are a deathcore band out of Colorado Springs, Colorado, known for punishing heaviness and an unrelenting approach to the genre. They have been building their catalog since 2016, dropping the album The Codex of Flesh in 2021 before following it up with Everything Bleeds in 2023. Their 2025 EP Punishment came out through Unique Leader Records, one of the most respected labels in extreme metal. The band is built around a core that has stayed remarkably consistent over the years, with vocalist Dan Tucker and drummer Byron London both on board since the beginning. Lately they have been sharing guitar and bass playthroughs of tracks from their catalog, giving fans a close look at exactly how their dense, technical sound comes together.
