Fimiguerrero moves between worlds in a way most rappers don't even attempt. The British Nigerian rapper, a fixture of the UK underground scene, pulls from rage, Atlanta trap, plugg, cloud rap, Afroswing, and even the jerk subgenre, blending them into something genuinely hard to pin down. Pitchfork called his collaborative mixtape Conglomerate, made with Lancey Foux and Len, "eclectic hyper jerk", which feels about right. He dropped two projects in 2023, the EP Black featuring Lancey Foux, and the mixtape Immigrant, with Wonderland magazine noting both leaned into rage with touches of club rap and Afroswing. His fifth mixtape New World Order followed in August 2024, and Conglomerate landed a few months later. His next project is reportedly titled Lost City, so there is clearly no slowing down.
